Terms of Service
In order to book an appointment a valid card must be kept on file. This does not prepay for your appointment; it only holds your appointment time. If there is no card on file when an appointment is booked, your appointment will not be accepted.
Cancellation policy– I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of appointments. If a cancellation is made after the 24-hour cut off time the client will be charged a late cancellation fee of 100% of the service price. All cancellations must be called in or sent as a text directly to Blue Ridge Spa. Please do not send a Facebook message or any other social media Message. No show policy – a client will be considered a no show if they have not shown for their appointment 15 minutes after their appointment time. If a client is a no show for an appointment a No-Show Fee of 50% of the service price will be charged ( except in extreme situations). Client will be required to pay late cancellations or no-show fees before booking their next appointment. All cancellations must be called in or sent as a text directly to Blue Ridge Spa. Late appointment policy – if client is less than 15 minutes late the appointment can start but will be modified to fit the remainder of the appointment time – if client is 15 or more minutes late the appointment will be cancelled, and the client will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee of 50% of the scheduled Service.
Sickness Policy – If you are sick ( vomiting, fever or coughing) please reschedule your appointment within 24 hours. I am understanding of seasonal allergies ( I suffer as well) just be responsible and cover your cough and sneezes. If, however, you have an upcoming appointment and are not feeling well please contact me immediately at 828-289-7183 as soon as possible so I can try to fill the appointment time.
New Client Policy – New Clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to fill out paperwork. They must also book with a valid card to be kept on file. Services Policy – All Services once paid for are nonrefundable. If a service is paid for in advance and booked in advance, the client must provide adequate notice of cancelling or the service price will not be refunded. If the client cancels a prepaid appointment and does not re-book within 30 days , the fee is nonrefundable.
